Install/using software problem !
I installed the regular [latest version] on my computer. It installed ok, also runs through the scan - but the results are every time the same:

Move this file to a computer with an Internet connection.

You should be opening this file on a computer with a reliable Internet connection. Broadband is preferred, since some of the driver files are quite large.


I am connected to the internet [DSL highest capacity].

Also tried the flashdrive version, same result.

using the local html file for retrieval gives the next error:
OperationalError at /show_exporter_drivers/v1/....
endless long page and then:
You're seeing this error because you have DEBUG = True in your Django settings file. Change that to False, and Django will display a standard 500 page.

never have I seen such before using Firefox. [latest version]
Get the same error page in IE [latest version].

SO - as of this moment, I have yet to be able to update/download any drivers.

Hi,

I'm getting the same issue this morning. Tried it on two different machines with the different internet connections. HTTP Error 500.

The server must be down at the moment or something.

Having the same problem. Tried installing on Firefox and IE. Get same error message. Am connected to internet via DSL. What can I do next?

I'm having same problem:
Scanning for updates, it don't finish...

This application requires connection to the driver service. The exact error was:
22 The requested URL returned error: 500

Would you like to export your scan results to a file which can be moved to an Internet-enabled computer? Yes No

I think it's a server problem.

Yep, am having same problem showing after brief, but incomplete scan, U
RL Error:500. If it is a server problem, is anyone working on it to resolve? Am also using Broadband with high load capacity.
