Installed drivers, but Device Doctor doesn't recognize
I ran a scan, and Device Doctor said I needed 3 drivers. I downloaded all of them, extracted the zip files, and installed them. Restarted the computer as instructed by the installation. I ran another Device Doctor scan just to be sure, and the scan said that I still needed 2 of the same 3 drivers that I had just installed. In case of an error, I went ahead and re-downloaded the files, re-extracted, re-installed, and re-restarted. Did another scan, and Device Doctor *still* says that I need those 2 drivers. How do I fix this?

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Momchelle,

what for the drivers they were? (ie. the device names reported, at least approximately).

RE: Installed drivers, but Device Doctor doesn't recognize
Hi Thomas,

I can't figure out how to take a screenshot of the device doctor scan (just started using Windows 7 and haven't learned the ins and outs of it yet--BTW, wonder if that could have anything to do with this problem?). But the items are:

Ricoh xD-Picture Card Controller
Ricoh Memory Stick Controller

Let me know if you need any other info. Thanks for helping!

Smile Michelle

Thank you Michelle, developers will look into it.
I'm sorry at the moment I can't advise anything better then either ignore the problem or attempt to download the drivers directly from the Ricoh Support website.
