Remove Device Doctor from my computer
Someone has installed Device Doctor on my computer and I cannot get rid of it. I have tried to uninstall it through Control Panel - Add/Remove programs but the toolbar is still on my browser. I do not want this program at all. It has nothing I want and I have everything I need to do searches, scans, update drivers, etc. I am furious at the person who downloaded it but even angrier that it will not uninstall and would be extremely grateful to anyone who can tell me how to achieve that in simple language.Angry

RE: Remove Device Doctor from my computer
The toolbar is a standalone software thus it must be uninstalled separately:

For Internet Explorer:
- click "Start" button in Windows, then "Control Panel"
- double click "Add or Remove Programs" from the "Control Panel" window
- select "Device Doctor Toolbar," then click "Remove/Uninstall." Click "Yes" to confirm.

For Mozilla Firefox:
- select from menu "Tools" > "Add-Ons"
- click the "Extensions" tab
- click "Device Doctor Toolbar," then "Uninstall." Restart the browser.

Hope that helped, but please let me know if I can try to assist you further.
