Of course, good old MS (WXP Pro) wants to locate and install new drivers automatically. Therein lies the problem. I direct the MS Wizzard to the download file but it seems to ignore the file located there.

I find the area where the Update Device driver is located but cannot find the area where MS Kernel DRM* is located

The two files are:
MICROSOFT KERNEL DRM AUDIO DESCRAMBLER 843 KB 21.04.2011

MICROCODE UPDATE DEVICE 454 KB 09.04.2011

Any help will be appreciated.

I emailed you a couple of days ago to ask for a refund & have heard nothing back from you. Also on your website there is no email address to send you a pdf copy of my Safe Cart receipt to expedite a refund.

Please could you look into this. The transaction was with Safe Cart on 3rd December 2011 & was in the sum of $47.88 USD. Please can you refund this to me asap.
